This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is free of pets. HOUSE RULES: ➞ Air Bnb has a Zero Partying Policy. Any signs or evidence of partying; guests will be asked to leave ➞ Early Check-In or Late Check out May be arranged (30 minutes free. Exceeding is $20/hr up to 2hrs max). ➞ Pet Rules: 2 pets max. $60 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste. ➞ Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. ➞ Deposits may be required. ➞ Absolutely no smoking inside the house, doing so will be fine $1000. Garbage The City of Cornwall has recently updated its garbage disposal policy: Garbage must go in clear bags Recycling goes in blue bags Compost goes in green bags Please do not use black bags — they will not be picked up by the city.

Please check in with us 2-3 hours before the check in time. ➞ Lost & Found Guests are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost items and do not ship forgotten items. 1.
