✦ HOUSE RULES✦ Airbnb has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES. If a party is thrown, Air Bnb will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund. 1. All guests must be disclosed. 2. No parties or events allowed. 3. No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. 4. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am 5. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements. ✦PET RULES✦ WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. If you are bringing a service animal, please provide official paperwork to show. ::::::::::::::PARKING::::::::::: No on-site driveway or garage available**—guests should park on the street or nearby public parking. ::::::::::::::STAIRS:::::::::::::: Guests should expect to walk up 5 steps of stairs to enter unit. :::::::::::::LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS::::::::::::: Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Our cleaning team will arrive 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. Please note that: Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. This to prevent loud parties & disturbances in the quiet residential neighborhood. Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. :::::::::::::CAMERA LOCATION::::::::::::: There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance door of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7. It is place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy.
