Please note that: ➦Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. This to prevent loud parties & disturbances in the quiet residential neighborhood. ➦Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. :::::::::::::CAMERA LOCATION::::::::::::: There are NO cameras inside your unit. We respect your privacy. ➦There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and 1 in common areas (hallway) and records image & sound 24/7. ➦It is place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe.
