Please refer to listing photos to find the apartment. ✦ APARTMENT BUILDING: This apartment is located on the main floor of a triplex, with other tenants living in the units above. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, you may occasionally hear sounds from upstairs. We kindly ask that you are mindful and respectful of noise levels, and please be comfortable with the possibility of some noise traveling from the other apartments. Thank you for your understanding! ✦ HOUSE RULES✦ Airbnb has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES. If a party is thrown, Air Bnb will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund. 1. All guests must be disclosed. 2. No parties or events allowed. 3. No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. 4. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am 5. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements. ✦PET RULES✦ 1. 2 Dogs max allowed. 2. No pets on the furniture. 3. No pets left unattended. 4. Pick up pet waste. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times, as sound may travel easily between units. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This helps maintain a comfortable atmosphere for both guests and neighbors. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS: Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Late check-out may incur additional charges. We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. PET RULES: This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is Pet free. 2 pets max. $40 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste. CAMERA LOCATION: There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior only and it records. We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. Lovely coffee and tea area and the kitchen had all the essentials required for cooking. There were several fans and you can control the heat to your liking. Trang has great style; the decor is very welcoming! The downtown area is about a 30-45 minute walk but the apartment is close to the water which was great for walking. Trang responded promptly and was able to meet all our needs. Thanks for providing a great home away from home!
