There is 1 dedicated FREE parking pass for you located inside the apartment by the dining table on the wall. Please put this in your vehicle to avoid getting towed. IMPORTANT: Please remember to return the pass upon check out, or replacement fee for the pass will be $200. WINDOW UNIT AIR CONDITIONER: We have 1 window Air Conditioning in the bedroom and 1 fan. Please open door to bedroom to allow AC to cool the entire unit. The unit is small ( 350 square feet, so one AC unit should cool it entirely. Turn on fan for additional cooling option)

▪️PETS: This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is PET free. ▪️PET RULES: 2 pets max. $52 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste. ▪️HOUSE RULES: Air Bnb has a Zero Partying Policy. Any signs or evidence of partying; guests will be asked to leave without refund and subject to $1000 fee. ▪️Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Doing so will result in $1000 fine. ▪️EARLY CHECKINS OR LATE CHECKOUTS: May be arranged upon approvals (30 minutes free. Exceeding is $20/hr up to 2hrs max). ▪️Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. ▪️Deposits may be required. Garbage The City of Cornwall has recently updated its garbage disposal policy: Garbage must go in clear bags Recycling goes in blue bags Compost goes in green bags Please do not use black bags — they will not be picked up by the city.
