This spacious and bright apartment is perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway!! Our apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for nature lovers and those looking for a tranquil getaway. The Long Sault Parkway is just a short drive away, as are local hiking trails and other outdoor activities. PETS ARE WELCOME!

Please note we are located on the second floor of a Building. There are NO ELEVATORS in this building and will require going up 1 1/2 flights of stairs by foot. Our home is equipped with the following for the health and safety of our guests and neighbours: ✔Noise Detector to detect excessive noise or parties ✔Doorbell Camera at the front door ✔Security Cameras throughout the whole building for the health and safety of all who reside here PLEASE NOTE: This is an Apartment within a building complex. There are neighbours. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. AirBnB has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES. If we detect that a party is being thrown you will be charged an additional fee of $500 and vacated without refund. We have a zero smoking policy. If you smoke in the apartment a minimum $1000 fee will apply in order to remove the smoke smell. This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is Pet free. Pet Rules: 2 pets max. $40 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. **Early check-in and Late check-out requests** We can accommodate an early check-in request for free in hopes of a 5-star review! Only if there's no guest checking out on the same date, and if our cleaners finish early cleaning the listing. We would be delighted to accommodate late check-out requests until 1:00 PM at $25/hour. This fee will be for our cleaners since we'd be requesting to reschedule the cleaning. If the remaining time of the late check-out goes beyond the required time to clean the property before the next check-in time, we would need to charge you for an additional night's stay as we would have to block the calendar to avoid check-ins. ➞ We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule. Please check in with us 2-3 hours before the check in time. ➞ Lost & Found Guests are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost items and do not ship forgotten items.
